Rajasthan Housing Board has invited application from the interested candidates for the new housing scheme at South Extension Udaipur. The details of the scheme are given below.

The scheme is launched under the name of South Extension Housing Scheme at South Extension Udaipur. The scheme will be offering flats under the category Medium Income Group (MIG-B).

The total number of flats under the scheme is 48 flats under the category of Medium Income Group (MIG-B).

The MIG flats have build up area of 102.79 square meter with estimated cost of Rs. 26.00 lakh while the ground floor has an estimated cost of Rs 30 lakh and registration amount of Rs.80,000/-.

Eligibility for Rajasthan Housing Board New Housing Scheme at South Extension Udaipur:

1. The applicant must be an Indian citizen of more than 18 year of age.
2. The applicant, spouse and any dependent children should not have any free-hold/lease-hold house/plot in their name in the city of scheme or other property by Rajasthan Housing Board in the state in any previous schemes.
3. The combined annual income of applicant, spouse and dependent children should not be more than Rs. 4.5 Lakh.
