Huda Low Cost Houses at Jagadhari under Jnnurm/Ashiana Scheme 2015

Haryana Urban Development Authority is re inviting applications for the allotments of new housing scheme in Jagadhari in the name of JNNURM/ ASHIANA. Total 168 dwelling units are being offered for all of the people who register themselves in this housing scheme.

These dwelling units are being developed on the sizes of 23.51 sq meters and the cost of each one dwelling unit has been kept tentative amount of 3, 74, 292/-. Subsidy amount will be passed to the beneficiaries after getting the approval of Indian government. This housing scheme is also having reservation facility for the SC (Schedule Cast) category of people and 7.5% of total dwelling units are reserved for these people. The prices of these reserved units are decided separately. 

Instruction to Apply for Huda Low Cost Houses at Jagadhari under Jnnurm/Ashiana Scheme 2015:-

The interested candidates can apply in this housing scheme after buying registration form from Estate Office HUDA Jagadhari. This application form can be bought in the price of 20/- rupees. After filling this application form, applicants can submit this in the same Estate Office HUDA and other offices of Haryana Urban Development Authority.

This scheme opens on 24th of March 2015 and will end on 24th April 2015.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA of Huda Low Cost Houses at Jagadhari under Jnnurm/Ashiana Scheme 2015:

First Preference:

First preference for the allotment of low cost dwelling units has to be given to the petitioners in CWP No. 11637 of 1996 and other Jhuggi/Jhopri colonies in Urban Estates, Jagadhari who are unauthorizedly occupying the land of HUDA for the last more than 5 years as on 19.04.99 i.e the date of order of the Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court.

Second Preference:

Second Preference will be given to those inhabitants/Occupants who are encroaching upon the HUDA land for last more than 5 years as on 3.4..2008 which affect essential services like roads, water supply sewerage and bridges etc.

Third Preference:

1. Third preference will be given to those inhabitants/Occupants who are occupying unauthorized the Government Land/Government Agency i.e. land as on 1.4.2003.
2. There after the priority will be given to the unauthorized occupants who encroached the HUDA/Govt. /Govt. Agency land which affect the essential services like roads, water supply, sewerage, bridges etc.
3. There after the left out dwelling units will be allotted to the eligible applicants of BPL as recommended by DUDA after taking application Forms from HUDA and taking out draw of lots if the applications are more than the available number of low cost units. While allotting left out dwelling units First preference be given to the BPL of the city in which dwelling units are constructed, second preference be given to the BPL resident of concerned district and third preference be given to the BPL residents of the State.

MODE OF PAYMENT of of Huda Low Cost Houses at Jagadhari under Jnnurm/Ashiana Scheme 2015:

The cost of the dwelling unit will be recovered from the beneficiary as follows :-

1. Rs.9600/- at the time of application Rs. 8000/- in case of SC/BC/OBC/PH).
2. Balance Rs.364692/- to be recovered in monthly installments spread over a period of 20 years with interest @ 7% P.A, the EMI of which works out to Rs.2828/- per month.
3. There is a provision for paying a nominal rent of Rs.500/-per month in the Scheme, if the beneficiary is not able to afford this EMI. The same is renewable after every five years. The applicant falling under this category, however, shall have to pay a sum of Rs.100/- alongith the application towards processing fees.
4. The rate of SC category will be intimated later on.
