MDA Shatabdi Nagar Awasiya Yojana at Sec 4

Meerut Development Authority has come up with Shatabadi Nagar Awasiya Yojana to cater the needs of affordable housing for the residents of Meerut. This is one more housing scheme which fallls under Samajwadi Awas Yojana. Till now UP Govt has launched seven residential housing scheme under Samajwadi Awas Yojana. With the launch of  Shatabadi Nagar Awasiya Yojana, the count goes to Eight.

The authority invites application for the allotment of 800 Stilt+7 Storey flats at sector-4, Meerut from the general public. Out of 800 flats, half of the flats are of 1 BHK and remaining half of the flats are of 2 BHK. however, the 2 BHK flats are further divided into two categories in terms of its sale area i.e 2 BHK Type-A and 2 BHK Type-B. The 1 BHK flats are available with an estimated area of 52 Sq.mt and tentative cost of these flats is Rs. 15.15 Lakh. 2 BHK Type-A and Type-B flats are available with an estimated area of 20.40 sq.mt and 23.30 sq.mt respectively. The Tentative cost of 2 BHK flats is Rs.2.04 Lakh and Rs.2.33 Lakh respectively.
