Apply Online for YEIDA Yamunotri Housing Scheme in Sector 22A

Yamuna Expressway Authority launching “Yamunotri Housing Scheme” in Sector 22A. For its new housing project propels are inviting for online applications. To ease the whole process for the applicants the authority has decided to invite the applications online. For apply the online application the applicants simply go to the official website of YEIDA and apply from there.

The authority is offering a total of 2862 2BHK (G+7) and 1BHK (G+4) units under the scheme with super area 880 square foot and 525 square foot respectively. For 1BHK unit Rs. 15.49 Lakh is the tentative selling price while Rs. 27.96 Lakh is the BSP for BHK unit.

For 1BKH and 2BHK units the registration amount is Rs. 1.50 Lakh and 2.80 Lakh respectively. Through the bank branch or through the net banking which can be paid online.

After the draw of the scheme to the applicants the registration amount of the unsuccessful candidates will be refunded. After which for the entire period of deposit the authority will pay an interest amount at 4%.

Procedure to apply online:

1. First the applicants need to go to the website: http://yamunaexpresswayauthority.com/bhs4d and read the scheme information.
2. At the bottom of the page click “online form and payment Option” and then a new page will be open.
3. Just click on the apply button and if u don’t have an account then Sign Up for a new account
4. On your ID activation you will receive an email, after the registration.
5. You can fill the form and save it for continuing later, after logging. Then select a payment method.
6. Via Net-Banking or Credit Card pay the registration amount and after the application within 24-28 hours you will receive the application number.
7. A challan will be generated with amount, in the case of NEFT/RTGS and account number where the amount has to be deposited. To any mentioned Non ICICI bank take this challan and pay the registration amount. A reference code will be given to you and within 2-3 days excluding Saturday and Sunday you will receive a application number.
8. Your application is complete.

From the same link just download the auto numbered application form in the case if you want to apply offline. Along with the form cost Rs 1100/- and the registration amount submit it at the designate bank branches.

Eligibility Criteria

• To the competency to contract and age any Indian citizen can apply for the scheme subject.
• In earlier scheme by YEIDA the applicant should not have allotted any plot/flat.
• Only one of the applicant dependent children or his/her spouse can apply for the scheme else the registration amount will be forfeited and the registration amount will be cancelled.

Without any interest his entire registration amount will be refunded in case before the draw the applicant surrenders the application. However after the allotment within 30 days if the applicant surrenders the flat then 10% from the registration amount will be deducted. Between 30th and 40th day the 50% amount of cancellation will be deducted.

For the surrender if the applicants will take more than 45 days and less than 6 months then from the total premium of the flat the 10% registration amount would be deducted. By the authority the entire registration amount will be forfeited in case of surrender after 6 months.
