DDA Unsuccessful Applicants May Get Refund
On Tuesday Delhi Development Authority (DDA) said that by December 2014 the deposited money of unsuccessful applicants would be refunded.
By 18 December 2014 the DDA is going to transfer the entire money deposited with it to the respective bank account and by vice – chairman of DDA all the banks have been directed to ensure that the money is transferred or refunded online t the respective accounts of unsuccessful applicants by December 24, a senior DDA official said.
On 25 November, by DDA the draw for the largest-ever housing scheme was held, which left several lucky applicants ecstatic while not so lucky ones rued missing the chance in the national capital to own an affordable house.
In various categories the scheme offered 25,040 flats spread across the national capital and saw the authority receiving a whopping 10,08,985 applications, which is the highest in the history of the housing authority.
In Dwarka Sector 23B for the successful applicants of houses allotted, for starting the allotment process a three-day camp would be held at Vikas Sadan.
The camp for allotters of  houses would e held for three days, Nov 19, 20 and 21 in Dwarka Sector 23B, where they would be asked to bring necessary documents, affidavits, and biographical details, among others required for official allotment. The official said in the newspaper regarding the same.
Under the supervision of retired Delhi High Court Judge Manju Goel, National Informatics Centre DG Mahesh Chandra and IIT-Delhi professor Anshul Kumar the draw was held. Visit to the site at http://investmentgyan.com/
