The project is offering 1480 one bedroom and two bedroom flats. The complex is spread over more than 9 acres of land and will have community facilities as per policy apartment from the apartments. The cost of 1 bedroom apartment will start from Rs. 3.73 Lac while the cost of 2 bedroom apartment will start from Rs 24.70 Lac depending upon the carpet area of the apartment. Carpet area of 1 bedroom flat varies from 337 square feet to 463 square feet while carpet area of 2 bedroom flats varies from 606 to 535 square feet besides this, there will be balcony ranging from 31 to 91 square feetbooking amount which will be 5% of the cost of the apartment is to be deposited along with the application form.
According to the payment terms prescribed by the Government o Haryana as per Affordable Housing Policy, 5% of the cost is to be paid as booking amount, 20% of the cost of the flat is to be paid on allotment while the balance 7% amount is to be paid in 6 equal installment over 3 years period. Any default in payment shall invite interest at the rate of 15% per annum on delayed payment.
As per the affordable housing policy of the Government of Haryana, any person can apply for allotment of an apartment in the project but person which includes his or her spouse or his her dependent children who do not own any flat or plot in any HUDA colony or sector or any licensed colony in any of the urban areas in Haryana Union Territory of Chandigarh and NCT of Delhi shall be given first preference in allotment of flat. The allotment of apartment shall be don’t through draw of lots in the presence of a committee consisting of Deputy Commissioner or his representative, Senior Town Planner, DTP of Gurgaon and representative of the developer, AVL Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.
